At Mahalo, our garments are made to order. We encourage you to carefully review our size chart or contact our customer care at +91 93155 10949 for assistance in selecting the right size. Once an order is confirmed, we do not offer exchanges or returns. However, for alterations, we are happy to assist. Please note that courier charges for alterations will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

Note: No exchange, return, refund, or alteration is possible for sale or discounted merchandise.

For any alteration requirements, please email us at mahalotheclothing@gmail.com, and our team will assist you. Alternatively, you can call our customer care at +91 93155 10949. Shipping charges for sending the item for alteration will need to be covered by you, while we will bear the cost of shipping it back to you after the alteration.

Refund

We do not provide refunds on goods sold. However, if there is a quality issue reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will replace the item or offer store credit, subject to our terms and conditions. Since our inventory is limited and we may not always have all sizes available, the amount paid can be credited to your wallet for future purchases. This store credit can be used for any future shopping with us.
