Please read these terms and conditions carefully. These terms & conditions are a binding contract between our firm, Mahalo, and you if you visit, use, or shop on the site.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions and policies at any time. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it on the site, and if you continue to use our site, you are impliedly agreeing to the revised terms and conditions and policies expressed herein.
1. Account Creation
To purchase any product from our site, you must create an account. This allows you to view your order history and the status of your purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
2. Site Availability
Although we strive to keep the site available 24/7, occasional interruptions for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances may occur. We will not be liable for data loss or accessibility issues due to such interruptions.

4. Order Cancellations by Mahalo
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or other unforeseen issues. If your order is canceled after payment, the amount will be refunded to your account. No refunds will apply to COD orders.
5. User Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be sent within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us via mahalotheclothing@gmail.com or our customer service team for assistance. Store credit may be provided at our discretion if the goods are not shipped.
6. Fraudulent Transactions
We reserve the right to monitor accounts for fraudulent activity. In case of detection, we may delete the account, cancel orders, and take legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including data loss or interruptions.
8. Billing and Payments
All prices include GST, and taxes will vary based on the shipping destination. If orders cannot be fulfilled, refunds will only be processed for prepaid transactions. COD orders are non-refundable.
9. Arbitration
Disputes will be referred to a sole arbitrator in Chennai under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be governed under the law of Jurisdiction at the Court of Arbitration of New Delhi, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Jurisdiction of New Delhi. The arbitration shall take place at New Delhi according to the rules and proceedings of the "Court of Arbitration" of New Delhi.
